22 April 2013 - Askern Villa v Albion Sports

The relegation of Askern Welfare was all but confirmed as Albion Sports ran out comfortable 4-0 winners. This was our second visit to Manor Way, we were there to see the other NCEL Division One promotion contender, Athersley Recreation. That day Askern Villa defeated the visitors 3-1 which was their last ever victory in the NCEL, those days though had long since gone and the club was almost at the end of a miserable 27 match losing streak. The return fixture saw Albion Sports run out 9-1 winners and after less than thirty minutes, that score looked not only achievable but possibly bettered.

20 April 2013 - Scarborough Athletic v Retford United [Set Two]

People have asked us on numerous occasions, are NCOC Scarborough Athletic supporters? Due to there being a number of feature matches involving the club.  Although we have built up a friendship with people involved at the club from Chairman to avid supporters, we remain neutral in our support of any one team. Our aim is to provide some publicity to clubs, players, officials, volunteers and supporters at all clubs we visit.  What Scarborough Athletic have done is ask us to get involved with them, providing photographs.  This applies to any club we can help during the season, so, if you're reading this and support a club that may benefit from a feature on No Clash Of Colours, don't hesitate in contacting us. We will help as much as we possibly can. You can contact us at : fotografica137@gmail.com or leave a message in the InterAction Box at the side > .

The final photographs from what was a momentous day in the history of this football club are those of the supporters. Without the supporters there is no club. Less than six years old, Scarborough Athletic have achieved two promotions from the Northern Counties East League, whilst pulling in healthy numbers, the prospect of moving back to their home town should see the club grow from strength to strength. From our experiences with the club, players, officials and supporters, we wish them all the very best and we hope that the relationship built up between "The Seadogs" and "No Clash Of Colours" will also flourish.

20 April 2013 - Scarborough Athletic v Retford United [Set One]

Competition : Northern Counties East League - Premier Division
Result : Scarborough Athletic 2 Retford United 0
Attendance : 890

What a day! After being asked by Scarborough Athletic Chairman, Dave Holland if we'd like to cover the Seadog's final home match of the 2012/13 NCEL season, we didn't hesitate in accepting and looked forward to our first ever visit to Bridlington Town's ground, Queensgate, the tenant's home since 2007. Knowing promotion would be guaranteed if results went their way, a bumper crowd of 890 turned up with expectations high.

This is the first of two sets of photographs from what was an eventful, emotional and eventually, a successful end to a season where The Seadogs of Scarborough Athletic finally gained promotion to the Evo-Stik League.

At the same time, Barton Town Old Boys had pulled another goal back and were now losing 2-3 at home to Brighouse Town. An 85th Tim Taylor equaliser for BTOB would ensure that the Championship and promotion would be guaranteed if 'Boro could hold on to the lead.
