Although the match as a contest was over by the tenth minute, as Sheffield Ladies raced into a 3-0 lead, it was 6-0 after fifteen minutes and 12-0 at half-time, the Hepworth United Ladies team kept on rallying and were unlucky not to score.

Sheffield FC Ladies manager, Helen Mitchell confirming who scored the 11th goal.

A comprehensive 4-0 victory for Mark Shaw's team takes them above Athersley Recreation to the top of the league and leaves Rossington Main looking down on the relegation zone in the battle for safety at the foot of the NCEL Division One.

Volunteers, essential at this level of football walk away for home after taking down the nets and pulling up the goalposts at Oxford Street.

Our first ever visit into the heart of rural Nottinghamshire, a bitterly cold Saturday afternoon at Teversal FC.
